The petition of Robt. Lasiter a resident of the said Parish and State and Tutor to James B., Victoria A. and Hiram Wilson duly appointed by your Hon. Court but by a later order. Superceeded respectfully represents that in compliance with the order of your Hon. Court by which he was relieved of said tutorship he herewith presents the account of this said tutorship. He charges himself with the sum of ninety dollars being all the funds of said minors that has come into his possession which was received for house rent from A. M. Callway. He prays to be credited for the following items. Wm. C. Smith, Recorder fees $ 6.25 Savory O. Larche, Clk. fees 12.88 Fees of Thos. C. Lewis, Clerk 3.75 Attorneys fees 20.00 Tutors Commission ___9.00 Amounting to $ 57.88 Which deducted from the above __40.00 Leaves him due said minors 38.12 He prays that their account maybe duly filed and after the proper proceedings be homolgated and that his bond as tutor be cancelled and for general relief in the premises. Robt. Lasiter Service of the within account hereby acknowledged and on examination finding the account correct is hereby approved. H. Regenburg, Atty for J. H. Wilson, Tutor State of Louisiana 12th Judl. Disct. Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and the evidence in the case and by further reason of the Tutor Jas. H. Wilson by his Atty. Henry Regenburg having approved the account. It is ordered and that the said account of Robt. Lasiter tutor to James B., Victoria A. and Hiram Wilson be approved and homolgated in all its parts according to law. Done and signed in office on this the 2nd day of June A.D. 1860. Thos. C. Lewis, Clk. Dist. Court In the matter of the Minor heirs of Parmelia Shaw Evidence adduced on the homolgation of the final accounts filed by Robt. Lasiter tutor to James B. & Victoria A. & Hiram Wilson the minor heirs of Parmelia Shaw, Decd. 1st The acount & voucher [unreadable] acopanying [sic]. 2nd H. Regenburg states that he is attorney for James H. Wilson, the father and natural tutor of said minors and that he acknowledges the correctness of the said account. He having filed the suit compelling the filling of the account. I certify the above and forgoing to be all the testimony adduced on trial of this case. This June 2nd 1860. Tho. C.
