Emma A. Simpson, 26 June 1908 - 30 Dec 1908

COMMENTS:

Decatur Post Office was located in eastern Union Parish, probably on the lower 
Farmerville - Port Union Road. Although I am not entirely postive, I think this
office was located at or very near the present-day Crossroads Community in 
Section 13, Township 20 North, Range 2 East, near the intersection of Highway 
#2 and Highway #143.
