The De Loutre community is located just south of Bayou D'Loutre in north/central Union Parish, on the old rail line between Farmerville and Marion (the rail line is no longer in existence). It is on the range line dividing Section 1, Range 1 East with Section 6, Range 2 East, both Township 22 North. Just off Highway #33 between Farmerville and Marion. ###########################################################
