Montgomery, 30 July 1904 - 30 Mar 1905 [office discontinued effective 31 Mar 1905, with mail forwarded to Ouachita.] ================================================================================== COMMENTS: The Handy Post Office was locatedin eastern Union Parish, east of a north/south line that connects Haile and Spencer. Although I have not determined the precise location, it was somewhere near Sections 24 or 25, Township 21 North, Range 3 East. ###########################################################
