Turner, 15 Feb 1902 - 6 Apr 1923 Elizabeth M. Crow, 7 Apr 1923 - serving in 1930 ================================================================================== COMMENTS: This office is located very near, if not on the exact location, as the older Lindville Post Office that operated between 1851 and 1860. The modern village of Linville is located in the NW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 21 North, Range 3 East. The name appears to have been a corruption of the original 'Lindville' post office name. I have no idea where the name originated. ###########################################################
