Moore 25 Nov 1850 - 5 Sept 1851 [Office permanently closed on 5 September 1851] ================================================================================== COMMENTS: Thomas T. Moore owned land in northern Union Parish about 0.5 miles south of the Arkansas line. Specifically, Moore's farm was located in the N 1/2 of Section 10, Township 23 North, Range 1 West. It was then located about six or seven miles northeast of Cherry Ridge. Today, it is located a few miles northwest of the Laran community (but Laran did not exist then). This office is located very near the Lone Well post office established some years later. ###########################################################
