Out of Paper. One W. B. Terral of Union Parish, Louisiana, writing to his brother, says: “I an my Fammerley are all well we have got plenty of meat and bread but we are nearly destitute of clothing and no cards to spin any with Jim I want to know if there is any cotton cards whare you are if there is you and tim miles must send a box of them here so we can card and spin several of your fling in and send back a box Jim I want you to come back when your time is out if you vollenteer in three weaks after you get here for I want to see you and the girls wants to see you and Martha and the children wants to see you so we all wants to see you.
