   Mr. T. H. Higinbotham, as will be seen from the co-partnership notice elsewhere, 
becomes a member of the firm of Mayo, Hodge & Co., formerly Mayo & Hodge.  Mr. 
Higinbotham was formerly a member of the house of A. J. Tully & Co., and is well 
and favorably known in commercial circles.  The firm of Mayo, Hodge & Co. is formed 
by the Association of Messrs. Wm. R. Mayo and T. H. Higinbotham of this city, and 
Mr. Chas. W. Hodge of Union Parish, offering their services as cotton factors and 
commission merchants, and having their office at No. 56 Carondelet Street.
