   The grand jury of Union parish last Tuesday found five true bills against 
ex-Judge J. E. Trimble for embezzling the school fund.

                     The Charges Against Judge Trimble Fail.

Farmerville, La. Oct. 19 – The charges of embezzlement brought against Judge J. E. 
Trimble have finally failed.  The first indictment tried by the jury resulting in a 
verdict of acquittal, the other bills were dismissed by the District Attorney.
