An old grudge which has existed for several years between Messrs. N. O. Covington 
and Geo. W. Moore, both prominent citizens of Shiloh, was renewed last Thursday 
afternoon. Moore struck Covington over the head with a stick, when the latter inflicted 
severe knife wounds on Moore's face and in the abdomen. His wounds are painful, but not 
dangerous. At last accounts he was doing very well.
