Johnson and Hunter, who were supposed to have lost their lives by drowning in the OUachita river three or four weeks ago, is now settled. Their bodies were recovered last week in the river. One of them was found in the brush near the bank close to the place where they attempted to cross the stream, and the other was found floating down the river about twenty miles below. It is sad that two young men should have been thus suddenly taken away. ############################################################# File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/la/union/newspapers/articles/1899drownings.txt
