                                   Postal Changes.

   A new office has been established at Herschel, Union Parish, La. with George W. 
Burmun as postmaster.

NOTE by T. D. Hudson:
This post office is not listed in the records of the United States Postal Commission 
that shows the government's official record of all post offices and each of their 
postmasters. Moreover, I can find no record of anyone living in Union Parish by the 
surname of "Burmun" (or various spellings).
