Dallas Builder Files Suit.

Shreveport, La., Sept. 17 — M. S. Hasie, a bridge builder of Dallas, filed suit today 
in the United States Court here against the Police Jury of Union Parish alleging 
damage of $7,000 because of the withdrawal of a contract to construct a bridge over 
Bayou Darbonne.
