She was born Feb. 22, 1856, in Union Parish, Louisiana. She moved with her husband, John Brasher, to Lamar County, near Paris, where he had extensive farming operations. They later moved to Bonham, Fannin County, where he put into application farming methods which later came into general use. The Brashers were active members of the Baptist church and took part in civic movements. He died in 1902. Dr. Marshall Craig will conduct services at 10 a.m. Monday at the Chas. F. Weiland Undertaking Company, 2909 Live Oak. Burial services will be in Paris. Mrs. Brasher is survived by a son, Edgar Brasher, Arlington; five daughters, Mrs. Fred Fuller, Mrs. Bertie Hancock, Mrs. William Paine, Jr., Mrs. Neil Keith, all of Dallas, and Mrs. J. W.
