Mrs. McCarty Resident for 36 Years, Dies

   Mrs. Jo Ann Caroline McCarty, 95, a Dallas resident for thirty-six years, died 
Friday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Marie E. Kingston, 838 North Clinton.  
She had been ill for several months.

   Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday at Guardian Funeral Home, 5319 Ross.  
Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park.

   Mrs. McCarty was born Jan. 11, 1855 in Union Parish, La.  She was the widow of George 
McCarty.  She was a member of the Oak Cliff Christian Church.

   She is survived by Mrs. Kingston, one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
