MELISSA COMPTON Farmerville (Special) - Funeral services for Mrs. Melissa Compton, 80, will be at 10 a.m. today at Zion Hill Baptist Church here with the Rev. Larry Ramsour officiating.Burial will be in the Zion Hill Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home here. Mrs. Compton died at 11:55 p.m. Sunday at her son's residence after a long illness. A native of Farmerville, she was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Tyson Compton, Los Angeles, Calif. And M.E. Mrs. Melissa Compton Mrs. Melissa Compton, 80, of Farmerville, died at 11:55 p.m. Sunday, September 22 at her son's residence in Farmerville after a lengthy illness. The deceased was a native of Famerville and was a member of the Zion Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services were held at 10:00, Tuesday September 24, at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Rev Larry Ramsour officiating.
