Please note I do not know which newspaper this ran in. This is from the 
collection of the late Ora Ward Manning, the mother of Peggy Rockett. 
Mrs. Irene Everett died 15 February 1970.

ElDorado, Ark. - Mrs. Irene Everett, 75 a lifelong resident of Spearsville, 
La. died Monday in a Bernice Hospital after along illness.
Funeral Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Mt. Union Baptist Church near 
Spearsville with the Rev. Forrest Post officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral 
Home of Eldorado.
Survivors include her husband, Marshall Everett of Spearsville; one daughter, 
Mrs. Katherine Hollis of Spearsville; one son, Ferrel Everett of Spearsville; 
five sisters, Mrs. Edward Castleberry, Mrs. Clayton Foster, Miss Oliva Futch, 
and Mrs. Dick Aulds all of Spearsville and Mrs. Preston Tullis of Shreveport; 
a brother, Lavelle Futch of Spearsville; her mother Mrs. Lou Ella Futch of 
Spearsville.
