ALLEN L. MABRY

Allen L. Mabry, 88, of Bernice, a retired paint contractor, died Thursday
morning at the Tri-Ward Hospital here after a short illness.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Friday in the Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel
here with the Rev. Donald Lemmons officiating. Burial was in Weldon Cemetery
near here.
A native of Bernice, Mr. Mabry was a member of the Bernice Baptis Church.
Survivors include one son, M. L. Mabry of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. Mason
Salter of Natchitoches; one sister, Mrs. Emma Honeycutt of Ogden, Utah; six
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Donald Lindsey, Coburn Platt, Clyde C. Colvin, Vaughn
Fitgerald, Robert Welch and Albert Lee.
