collection of the late Ora Ward Manning, mother of Peggy Rockett. 
Mrs. Lillian Spears died in December 1972.

         Mrs. Lillian Spears

Ruston - Mrs. Lillian Spears, 67, of Shreveport, died Wednesday at her 
Shreveport residence following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today in the Spears Funeral Home chapel 
here with the Brothers C. F. Shirey, Brodie Couch, and L. C. Terry 
officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Bernice Cemetery in 
Bernice.

Mrs. Spears was a Union Parish native.

Survivors include six sons, James W. Spears, Ruston, Grayson E. Spears, 
Hope, Ark., Teddy Joe Spears, Junction City, Ark., Paul E. Spears, Ruston, 
Jerry M. Spears, Shreveport, Donny R. Spears, Camden, Ark.; three daughters, 
Mrs. Florine Keech and Mrs. Evelyn Barmore both of Shreveport, and Mrs. 
Barbara Roberson, Hope, Ark.; one sister Irma Rockett, Bernice; 23 
grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
