This was run in a Monroe paper on February 27, 1975  but I am not sure
which one.

Otho Phillips

West Monroe_ Otho H. Philips, 67, of Monroe died Wednesday in a Monroe
hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Bernice Methdist
Church with the Rev. Roy Grant and the Rev. J. Roddy  Taylor
officiating.

Burial will be in the Weldon Cemetary under the direction of Kilpatrick
Funeral Home.

Survivors include two sisters, Miss Maude Phillips of Monroe and Mrs.
Gladys Stewart of Sterlington.

of John E Phillips and Alma Harper Phillips
