Please note I do not know which newspaper this ran in. This is from the 
collection of the late Ora Ward Manning, the mother of Peggy Rockett. 
Colvin McDougald died 7 June 1977.

Ruston - Funeral Services for Colvin McDougald, 66, of Hollywood, Calif., 
will be held at Camp Creek Baptist Church near Spearsville with the Rev. 
Borden officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Spears Funeral 
Home in Ruston.
Mr. McDougald died at 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Presbyterian Medical Center in 
Hollywood of an apparent heart attack.
He was a native of Union Parish.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Homer (Cumie) McBride of Ruston; three 
nieces and one nephew; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Ressie McDougald of 
Farmerville.
