Please note I do not know which newspaper this ran in. This is from the 
collection of the late Ora Ward Manning, the mother of Peggy Rockett. 
Willie B. Manning died 27 November 1980.

Strong, Ark. - Services for Willie B. Manning, 84, will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday in Hopewell Baptist Church with the Rev. Milas Parker officiating.
Burial will be in Laran Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home 
of Eldorado, Ark.
A native of Union Parish, Mr. Manning was a member of Canaan Baptist Church. 
He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dottie Mae Manning of Strong; three sons, 
Doyle Manning of Spearsville, Virgil Manning of Sterlington, and Gerald 
Manning of Eldorado; three daughters, Mrs. Erlene Snearly. Mrs. Mary Bryant 
and Mrs. Imogene McAdams, all of Strong; 24 grandchildren and 22 
great-grandchildren.
