RAYMOND W. SQUYERS                      

Minden - Services for Raymond W. Squyers, 71,will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Beulah Baptist Church 
near Farmerville with the Revs. Donnie Ladotta and Lynn Canterbury officiating.
Burial will bein Beulah Cemetery under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Minden.
Mr. Squyers died Thursday in Minden Medical Center after a long illness.
He was a native of Melder, a retired pipefitter and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Squyers of Minden; five sons, Darrell Squyers of Shreveport, 
Jack Glenn Sqyers of Ramona, Calif., James Carroll Squyers of Newport News, Va., Ricky Squyers 
of Farmerville, and Tommy Squyers of Minden; five daughters, Mrs. Pat Tucker of Minden, Judy 
LaGender and Cathy Liles both of Athens, Fannie Taylor of Shreveport, and Libby Hayes of 
Farmerville; a brother, Earl Squyers of Ruston; four sisters, Mrs. Reba Murphy of Hico, Mrs. 
Maxine Wicker of Lafayette, Mrs. Margurite Averill of Golden, Colo., and Freda Olive of Clemson, 
S.C., and 18 grandchildren.
