This is from the collection of the late Ora Ward Manning, mother of Peggy Rockett.

MRS. MATTIE LOU DAVIS                   

Famerville - Services for Mrs. Mattie Lou Davis, 87, will be at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home with the Rev. Lynn Canterberry officiating.
Burial will be in Belulah Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis died Monday at St. Francis Medical Center after a short illness.
Survivors include two sons, T. G. Davis, Jr. of Bunkie and Dean Murphy Davis of Center, Tex.; 
a brother Jeff Tatum of Tucson, Ariz.; a sister, Mrs. Floy Capps of Beaumont, Tex.; a grandchild;
and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Shorty Aulds, Kenneth Wade, Percy Wade, Bill Fitzgerald, W. C. Russell, and 
T. M. Holley.
