She was born on the old Feazel homeplace near Downsville, Union Parish. ALLIE FEAZELL UPCHURCH Homer - Services for Mrs. Allie Feazell Upchurch, 103, of Homer will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 28, in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro. Dr. D. Glenn Simmons will officiate. Burial will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Mrs. Upchurch, a native of Downsville, La., died April 27, 1985, in the Presbyterian Village Nursing Home in Homer following a brief illness. She was a retired school teacher, a member of the First Baptist Church of Homer, a longtime resident of Vernon,, La. and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by one son, Robert Gordon Upchurch of Jonesboro; one daughter, Mrs. Bessie Upchurch Willis of Shreveport; nine grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren, 30 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Michael Blackwelder, Patrick Blackwelder, Steve Blackwelder, Jack Culpepper, Charles Johns, Lewis Kirk, Donald Primrose and Jack Upchurch. # # #
