MICKEY F. CREED

Mickey F. Creed, 36, of Spearsville, La., died Wednesday, Sept. 11, in a local hospital.
Born Dec. 26,1954, in Bernice, La., she was the daughter of John M. and Novie Jean Hollis 
Creed. A resident of the Spearsville area all her life, she was employed at Baker Brush 
Co. as a secretary and floor supervisor. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother, Novie Jean Hollis Creed of Spearsville; three sisters, Mrs. 
Rodney (Nancy) Cook of El Dorado, Mrs. Allen (Cindy) Grimmett of Junction City and Mrs. Ken 
(Cathy) Kenley of Farmerville, La.; a brother, Johnny Creed of Spearsville.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. B.A. Nolan, 
Leroy Jones, Allen Grimmett and Vernon Lee officiating. Burial will be in Laran Cemetery 
under the direction of Rumph-Owers Mortuary.
The family will be at the Allen Grimmett residence in the Mt. Moriah community.
