                Opal T. Bush

Services for Opal T. Bush, 69, of Spearsville, were held 2:30 p.m., Saturday, 
September 26, 1992 at the Beech Grove Methodist Church with the Rev. John 
Oldham officiating. Burial will follow in the Beech Grove Cemetery under the 
direction of Bailey Funeral Home of ElDorado.
Mrs. Bush died Thursday, September 24 in Spearsville following a lengthy 
illness. She was born June 16, 1923 in Union Parish the daughter of Armon R. 
and Beulah Black Taylor., she was a homemaker, a member of Beech Grove 
Methodist Church and she was a noted Oil Painter and Quilter.
Survivors include her husband, Dillard Bush; daughter Barbara Sue Jones, both 
of Spearsville; two sons, Andy Bush of Spearsville, and Larry Bush of Bernice;
three sisters, Ruth Pratt, Eldorado, Sallie Lou Chatham of Chatham, and 
Estelle Colvin of Spearsville; three brothers, Beuford Taylor of Spearsville, 
Wesley Taylor of Mira Loma, CA, and Alvin Taylor of Collinsville, IL; eight 
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
