JOHN FRANK POST                 

Spearsville - Funeral services for 87 -year-old accident victim John Frank Post, 87, of 
Spearsville, will be at 2 p.m. today at Canaan Baptist Church near here with the Revs. 
Roy Gardener and Billy smith officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of First National Funeral Home of 
Farmerville.
Mr. Post died in a two car collision Sunday on La. 558 some 17 miles north of Farmerville, 
police said.
He was a Union Parish native and a member of the Baptist Church. Mr. Post was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Frank Post of Spearsville; seven sons, Kevin Post of Patroon, 
Tex., Robert Post of Eldorado, Ark., Conroy Post and Wayne Post both of Eldorado, Ark., Gerald 
Post of Luling, Billy Post of St. Petersburg, Fla., ans Thomas Lane Post of Mobile, Ala.; four 
daughters, Mrs. Verna Williams of Spearsville, and Mrs. Barbara Orr of Spearsville; a brother, 
Jessie Post of Bernice; 41 grandchildren and 24 great granchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lamon Williams, John Robert Post, Jr., Gurvis Post, Nelson Post, Randy Post, 
and James Smith.
The body will be brought to the church prior to services.
