		Mr. John W. Post

Services for John W. Post, 87, of Spearsville were held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, 
April 14, 1992, at Camp Creek Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bruce Lunsford 
officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of 
Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville.
Mr. Post died, Monday, April 13, 1992 at Pinecrest Manor Nursing home, in 
Bernice, after a lengthy illness. He was a lifelong resident of Union Parish, 
a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church and was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include a son, Rev. Forrest Post of Spearsville; a daughter, Fern 
Tipton of Houston, TX; two sisters, Christine Barnett of Monroe and Grace 
Sills of Bazora, TX; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
