          Mrs. Mary M. Gray

Services for Mary Mitchum Gray, 82, of Bernice, were held at 3:00, Thursday, 
February 11, 1993, at Spearsville Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Rowe 
and Rev. Bruce Lunsford officiating.
Burial followed in the Spearsville Cemetery under the direction of Farrar 
Funeral Home of Farmerville.
Mrs. Gray died Tuesday, February 9, at Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home in 
Bernice after a lengthy illness.
She was a lifelong resident of Union Parish, a member of Pisgah Baptist 
Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Elton 
Mitchum and Lonnie Gray.
Survivors include a son, Paul Mitchum of Spearsville; two daughters Sondra 
Burns of Conway, Ark., and Francis Rich of Ruston; three brothers, Otto 
Barron of Minden, Varner Barron of Spearsville, and Clyde Barron of 
Spearsville; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jeff Mitchum, Stephen Mitchum, David Mitchum, Greg Burns, 
Wayne Ates and Greg Barron.
