collection of Peggy Rockett. This obit is incomplete as to who officiated, 
I couldn't read it. However I felt that there was enough there to go ahead 
and submit it.


               Mattie Lou R. Everett

Funeral services for Mattie Lou Rockett Everett, 96 of Ruston were held 
Wednesday, Jul 27, 1994.
Burial followed in Camp Creek Cemetery under the direction of the funeral 
home.
Mrs. Everett died Sunday, July 24, 1994, at Lincoln General Hospital 
following a long illness.
Mrs. Everett was a retired floral designer and an active member of 
Young-at-Heart at Temple Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Robbie Lou E. Conn of Bernice, Sibyl E. 
Allen of Grant's Pass, Oregon, and Evelyn E. Sanders of Seratobia, 
Mississippi; two sisters, Ella Rockett Upshaw Vidali of Rayville, and 
Cornelia Rockett Stokes of New Caney, Texas.
Pallbearers were Wilbur Upshaw, Deri Upshaw, Fred Stokes, James Stokes, 
Richard Rockett, Bobby Kilpatrick, and Denny Love.
Honorary pallbearers were Temple Baptist Church Deacons.
