                        Mark W. Tucker

Services for Mr. Mark W. Tucker, 33, of Spearsville, were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday April 27, 
1994 at Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church with the Bro. Doyce Whitten, Bro. Claude Patterson, and 
Bro. Waymond Warren officiating.
Burial followed at the church cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. 
Mr. Tucker died Monday, April 25 at L.S.U. Medical Center in Shreveport after succumbing to a 
lifelong illness. He was a lifelong resident of Union Parish, a member of Pilgrim's Rest Baptist 
Church for the past 19 years and owned and operated a grocery store. He graduated from 
Spearsville High School and attended South Arkansas University in ElDorado, Arkansas.
Mr. Tucker was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Todd and Valerie (Turnage) 
Tucker; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.N. Tucker and maternal grandfather, Orby McClesky.
Survivors include his parents, Jim and Martha Tucker of Spearsville, and a grandmother Mary Beth 
McClesky of Wesson, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were members of his Sunday School Class.
