                Mrs. Margie B. Ward

Services for Mrs. Margie B. Ward, 83, of Spearsville, were held at 10:00 a.m., 
Thursday, August 24, 1995 at Mt. Union Baptist Church with Bro. Truett West 
officiating with Bro. Ezra Murphy assisting.
Burial followed in Mt. Union Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral 
Home of Farmerville.
Mrs. Ward Died Tuesday, August 22 at Pinecrest Nursing Home in Bernice after 
a short illness.
Mrs. Ward was a native of Union Parish and a resident of Spearsville, and a 
member of Mt. Union Baptist Church in Spearsville.
Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by her husband, Wesson Ward, and a sister 
Lovie West.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Welby G. Ward and wife Sue of 
Pearland, Texas; one grandchild, Gary A. Ward and wife Alicia of Houston; one 
great grandchild Danielle Ward; two sisters, Hazel Robertson of Camden, 
Arkansas and Robbie V. Campbell of Alexandria, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Dan Adcock, Clyde C. Beaird, Ronnie Elkins, Leonard Poston, 
and Michael Holley.
