					Susie Ruby
Services for Mrs. Susie Ruby, age 82, of Farmerville, were held at 2 p.m. 
last Thursday, February 8, 1996 at Beulah Baptist Church near Farmerville 
with the Rev. David Barkley assisted by Rev. Bob Will officiating.
Burial followed in Beulah Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home of Farmerville.
Mrs. Ruby died last Tuesday, February 6, 1996 at Union General Hospital 
after a brief illness.
A lifelong resident of Union Parish, she was a member of Beulah Baptist 
Church.
Survivors include on daughter, Josephine Stansbury, and husband Zollie of 
Farmerville, two sons, Rodney Ruby and wife Susie of Farmerville, and Jesse 
Ruby, Jr. and wife Nelda of Houston; one sister, Carrine Harrell of 
Farmerville, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
	Pallbearers were Travis Lockwood, Albert Stansbury, Ricky Hayes, 
Gary Johnson, Paul Farrar, Orville Doster, Sr., Orville Doster, Jr. and 
Percy Wade, Jr.
