Billy Joe Adcock

Services for Mr. Billie Joe Adcock, 71, of Spearsville were held Monday, September 
21, 1998 at Mt. Union Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth Everett officiating. Interment 
followed at the church cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville.

Mr. Adcock, a retired car salesman, died Saturday, September 19, 1998 following a lengthy 
illness. He was a lifelong resident of Union Parish and a World War II Veteran.

He is preceded in death by grandchildren, Carey Lee Adcock and Marci Denise Adcock.
Survivors include his wife, Junette Watson Adcock, of Spearsville; son, Morris 
Clifford Adcock of Madisonville, TX; grandson, Timothy Dustin Adcock and wife Pam; great 
granddaughter, Sterling Denise Adcock; step grandson, Reagan Avery; sisters, Verna McBride 
of Farmerville and Vallie Hicks of Spearsville; and a host of other relatives.

Pallbearers were his nephews.
