Edward F. Albritton Services for Edward Fowler Albritton, age 83 of Lebanon, Missouri, were held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 1998, with Chaplain DiIulio and Pastor Mike Duncan officiating. Interment followed with full miliitary rites by Fort Leonard Wood Army Detail at Mount Rose Memorial Park under the direction of, Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri. Mr. Albritton died on June 22, 1998, at Balanced Care South in Lebanon. A Louisiana native, Mr. Albritton served with the United States Army in various locations both nationally and overseas and while in Germany, met and married his wife Else. Upon retirement from the military, he and his wife moved to Lebanon where he was a member of the Church of Christ and attended services at South Hiway 5 Church of Christ. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 4107 and the American Legion Post No. 43. Survivors include his wife, Else of Lebanon; three step-daughters, Inga Thomas of Arizona, Gislea Carr and Marlies Curtis, both of California; three step-sons, Egon, Dieter and Hans Wulf, all of Germany; two grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; 10 step-greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Boyd and Ollie Albritton, both of Farmerville; a sister, Earlene Silman of Spencer; a number of nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Albritton was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Cole Albritton brothers and two sisters. # # #
