Irene R. Allen

Services for Irene R. Allen, age 80, were held at 3 p.m. on Monday, May 11 at 
Holmesville Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral home in Farmerville 
with the Rev. Lee Gardener officiating.

Mrs. Allen died Sunday, May 10, 1998, in Vivian after a brief illness.

Mrs. Allen was a member of Holmesville Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Perry of McLeod, Texas, son Curtis Allen of 
Hawkins, Texas; brothers, Elzie Roberson and H.G Roberson, both of Downsville; 
grandchildren Jennifer Collum of Ruston and Rachel Johnston of Bernice; and four 
greatgrandchildren.
