Lottie T. Allen Services for Mrs. Lottie Mae Hollis Tugwell Allen, age 78 of Farmerville, were held at 2 p.m on Friday, June 5, 1998, at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville with Bill Denton, Larry White,Jimmy Terral and J.W. Hollis officiating. Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery near Spearsville with arrangements under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville., Mrs. Allen joined her Lord and Savior on June 3, 1998 after an unwavering eight month battle with cancer which inspired all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Lee Tugwelli; her parents, John Hollis and Ellen Webb Hollis; her sisters, Faye Terral and Georgia Brown; and brothers, Dalton Hollis, Brooks Hollis, Homer Hollis, Earl Hollis, Stanley Hollis and Millard Hollis. Survivors include her husband Shelton Allen of Downsville; son, Harry Tugwell and wife Paula of Benton; two grandsons, Timothy Tugwell of Benton and Philip Tugwell of Shreveport; sisters, Jackie Randerson of Houston and Lois Heard of Spearsville; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Bill Washam, Timothy Tugwell, Philip Tugwell, John Saunders, Chris Allen, Aaron Kirbow, Robert Hollis and David Hollis. Honorary pallbearers were John Crosser and Malcolm Taylor. The family has asked that any planned memorial gifts be made to the Spanish Mission (in care of Larry White) at the Farmerville, Church of Christ. # # #
