Funeral services for Jerry "J.J." Andrews, 68, of Ruston, LA were held Monday , October 4, 1999 
at 4PM at Douglas Cemetery in Choudrant.
Mr. Andrews died Sunday October 3, 1999 after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Andrews is survived by his father, Jerry Adams of Ruston; daughter Donna Horton and husband 
Eddie of Bernice, son, Jerry Andrews of Monroe; two brothers: Jack Andrews of Vidor, TX and Bill 
Andrews of Abilene, TX; three sisters: Liz Ambrose, Frances Elliott, and Judy McCarley, all of 
Ruston; seven Grandchildren: Tanya Welch and husband Chris, of Ruston, Angie Dendy and husband 
Daxley, J.R. and Katelin Horton, all of Bernice, Jennifer, Melissa, and Kimberly Andrews, all of 
Crystal Springs, MS; two Great-grandchildren: Chandler Welch of Ruston and Tyler Dendy of 
Bernice; and numerous nieces and nephews.
