Funeral services for Travis L. Goss, 83, of Bernice, LA were held Saturday, December 4, 1999, at 
First Baptist Church of Bernice, LA with Rev. David Weeks officiating. Interment was held at 
Bernice City Cemetery  in Bernice, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Bernice.
Mr. Goss died December 2, 1999 in Bernice, LA.
Survivors include his Wife of 53 years Lillian Reeves Goss of Bernice, LA: One Son: Travis L. 
Goss, Jr., of Sheveport, LA; One Daughter: Lynn G. Kendrick of Shreveport, LA; Three 
grandchildren: Gary Wayne Kendrick of, Shreveport, LA, Jessica Ann Goss of Baton Rouge, LA and 
Julie Lynn Goss of Shreveport, LA.
Pallbearers were Gary Wayne Kendrick, Jack Rushing, John Wortham, Bob Rushing, Billy Ross  
O'Bannon, and Walker E. Denham.
Mr. Goss served as a Deacon for the Union Baptist Church of Lillie before becoming a member of 
First Baptist Church of Bernice.
