WALTER ANDREW COOK

Funeral services for Walter Andrew Cook,  57, of Lillie, LA were held
Monday, September 11, 2000 at 2:00 pm at Scotland Presbyterian Church with
Rev. Lowell Snow and Rev. Bobby Grimes officiating.  Interment was held at
Scotland Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado,
AR.
Mr. Cook died Friday, September 8, 2000 at his residence in Lillie, LA
following a brief illnes.
Mr. Cook was born in Memphis, TN on April 12, 1943.  He was the son of
Joseph Walter and Mary Ann Ledbetter Cook.  He was the owner of Cooks's 
Seafood Market in El Dorado for the past 21 years.  He was a member of 
Scotland Presbyterian Church.  He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife: Carolyn G. Cook of Bernice, LA; two sons:
Andy Cook of Kansas City, MO and Robert Cook of El Dorado, AR; one 
daughter: Stephanie Cook of St. Amant, LA; mother: Anna Allison of Junction
City, AR; three sisters: Janice Hopkins, Patricia Wilson and Linda Hall,
all of Junction City, AR; and four grandchildren.
