JAMES MEADE

Funeral services for James Meade, 62, of Spearsville, LA were held at 2:00 PM 
Wednesday, November 29, 2000 at Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church near Spearsville with 
Bro. Bill Platt officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Arrangements are 
under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville.
Mr. Meade, a retired farmer, died Sunday, November 26, 2000
Survivors include: 1 Son: Roger Meade and wife Sharon of Spearsville; 1 Daughter: 
Judy Phillips and husband Walter of Hickory, N.C.; 3 Sisters: Lillian Steidharn of 
Conover, N.C., Agnes Johnson of Bristol, TN and Phyllis Meade of Briston, TN; 3 
Grandchildren: John Meade, Sara Dison and Richard Ray.
