RUTH PEPPERS GLOVER

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Peppers Glover, 88, of Bernice, La were
Sunday, April 15, 2001 at 4:00 pm at First Baptist Church, Bernice, LA
with Rev. David Weeks officiating.  Interment was  held at Bernice Cemetery 
under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Bernice.
Mrs. Glover died Friday, April 13, 2001 in Franklin, LA.
For many years, she was an active member of First Baptist Church in Bernice
having served as a Sunday School teacher and church hostess.
Mrs. Glover, know to a multitude of children as Mrs. Ruth, was the manager
of the Bernice High School cafeteria for 33 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Ruthie Dean Glover Heard of Franklin,
LA; 2 grandchildren, Nancy Ruth Heard Coatney of Lafayette, LA and James
William "Jim" Heard of Evans, GA; and 5 great-grandchildren, Lauren, Ashley
and April Heard; Cameron and Austin Coatney.
