LOYCE LEE SCHULTZ

Funeral services for Loyce Lee Schultz, 79, of Weldon Community, Bernice, LA were held 
at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 29, 2001 at Weldon Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Smith 
assisted by Rev. Robert Davis officiating. Interment was held in Weldon Cemetery under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Bernice.
Mrs. Schultz died Friday, April 27, 2001 in Bernice, LA following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Schultz was a member of Weldon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her 
husbands, Ardis Lee and Artie Schultz; and daughter, Caroline Lee.
Survivors include Sons: Eddy Lee and wife Jan of Weldon Community, Bernice, LA and 
Ricky Lee of Magnolia, TX; Daughters: Fonda Hatfield and husband Jimmy of Shongaloo, 
LA and Reba Lee and husband Danny of Weldon Community, Bernice, LA; Brothers: Theron 
Horton and wife Enid of Mittie, LA and Edsel Horton and wife Hazel of West Lake, LA: 
Seven grandchildren; Seven greatgrandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Mark Shaw, Dr. Brian Harris 
and Tri-Ward Hospital staff for their loving care.
