Wynn L.H. Wynn, 92, died June 19 at Homer Memorial Hospital in Homer, LA. Funeral services were held Friday, June 22, 2001 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Golden Funeral Home in Bastrop, LA. Officiating ministers were Rev. Art Crymes and Rev. Robert McGaha. Interment was in the LA-ARK Cemetery of Jones. LA under the direction of the Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Wynn was retired from the Louisiana Highway Department and he was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Bonita Baptist Church in Bonita, La. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Sally Wynn; wife, Jewel Wynn and grandsons, Binkie Miles and Donnie Raley. Survivors are three daughters, Dorothy Buffington and husband, Grover of Oak Grove; Melba Victory Farless of Homer; and Thelma Buffington and husband Bill of Mer Rouge; two sons, Jack Wynn and wife, Margaret of Hosston and L. H. "Billy" Wynn and wife Doris of Shreveport; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons and honorary pallbearers were Fred Herrington and Jimmy Sims. # # #
