This is from the collection of the late Ora Ward Manning, the mother of Peggy Rockett. Mrs. Bobbie J. Adams Baton Rouge - Funeral services for Mrs. Bobbie Jean B. Adams, 37, of Baton Rouge, will be at 2:30 p.m. today at the Spearsville Baptist Church with the Revs. J.T. Halley, H.E. Henderson and James Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of First National Funeral Home of Farmerville. Mrs. Adams died Tuesday in Woodville, Miss., as a result of injuries suffered in an auto accident. She was a native of Spearsville and a graduate of Northeastern State University, a member of the Baptist Church; she was employed with the State Welfare Department. Survivors include her husband, Paul Adams of Baton Rouge; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ruffin Beard of Spearsville; and one sister, Mrs. Elaine Barnes of Monroe. Pallbearers will be Billy Barnes, Danny Barnes, Wayne Baxter, Charles Fuller, Buddy Taylor, and Harvey Sill Silmon. The body will be moved to the church one hour before services. # # #
