This is from the collection of the late Ora Ward Manning, mother of Peggy Rockett. J. D. Lockwood Ruston - Services for J.D. Lockwood, 60, of Princeton will be at 10 a.m. today in Kilpatrick Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Floyd Pate officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery in Spearsville. Mr. Lockwood died Monday in Minden Medical Center after a long illness. He was a native of Union Parish and a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Catherine Lockwood of Princeton; two sons, James D. Lockwood of Upland Calif., and Gerald Wilson of Westlake Village, Calif.; his mother Ollie Lockwood of Farmerville; five sisters, Mrs. Aline Long of Simsboro, Mrs. Clara Mae Lowlin of Jackson, Miss., Mrs. Leola Shaw of Birmingham, Ala., Mrs. Margie Roach and Mrs. Vivian Vye, both of Choudrant; and two brothers, Billy W. Lockwood and J.R. Lockwood, both of Chandler, Texas. # # #
