Selig & Ethel Dean From the Farmerville "Gazette"; issue of Wednesday, 21 December 1898, page 3, column 2 ================================================================================== ================================================================================== Selig --- Dean ----------- Last Sunday afternoon, a few relatives and friends assembled at the residence of Mr. E. M. Dean, six miles northeast of Farmerville, to witness the marriage of his daughter, Miss Ethel Dean, to Mr. Sidney C. Selig. The ceremony was performed by Judge W. P. Chandler, in his usual pleasing manner. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. E. M. Dean, and was for the past few years a charming figure in Farmerville's society. The groom is a popular young business man of our town, and is to be congratulated upon the prize he has won in the matrimonial market. They have taken up their residence in the Stein dwelling, corner of Bayou and Lafayette streets. The GAZETTE joins this young couple's many friends in wishing them a happy and prosperous wedded life. ###############################################################################
