Know All Men by These Presents:
That we Jessie A. Traylor as principal and G. W. Traylor as security, we are 
held and firmly bound unto THE STATE OF LOUISIANA, in the sum of One Hundred 
Dollars; and for the true and final payment thereof, we bind ourselves, our 
heirs, administrators and assigns.
    Signed and dated on this 9th day of March A. D. 1903

    The condition of the above obligation is such, That Whereas, A MARRIAGE 
is about to take place between the above found Jessie A. Traylor and Miss Ida 
McAdams and if there shall not exist any legal impediments why the marriage 
should not take place then the above obligation to be void; else to remain in 
full force and virtue, according to law. 
    Signed and acknowledged before me, the 9th day of March A. D., 1903

To any ordained Minister of the Gospel, or to any Justice of the Peace, 
Legally authorized according to law, to celebrate MARRIAGES within the same 
place, --GREETING:--
    You are hereby authorized and fully empowered to unite in the Bonds of 
Matrimony, and Holy Wedlock, Mr. Jessie A. Traylor and Miss Ida McAdams 
agreeable to Law and the usual forms and ceremonies of the State of 
Louisiana, in the presence of at least three male witnesses, residing within 
the said Parish; and that you certify the same, signed by the parties and the 
witnesses, with your official signature, and the due return hereof make to 
this office within thirty days from this date.
    Given under my hand and Seal of Office, on this the 9th day of March A. 
D. 1903.

law, to the person whom I am to marry.

    I do hereby Certify, That I have on this day, in pursuance of the 
foregoing License, celebrated and solemnized a MARRIAGE between Mr. Jesse A. 
Traylor and Miss McAdams agreeable to the Laws and Customs of the State of 
Louisiana.  In faith whereof, I have, together with the parties, and in the 
presence of the undersigned witnesses, signed the present, on this the 11th 
day of March A. D., 1903.

Note:  Ida McAdams was born 1881 in Union Parish, LA and died 1951 in Union 
Parish, LA  Ida is buried in Conway Cemetery, Union Parish, LA.  She was the 
daughter of David Jamison and Elizabeth Drury McAdams
