Yossett as principal and C. L. Elkins as security, we are held and firmly bound unto THE STATE OF LOUISIANA, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars; and for the true and final payment thereof, we bind ourselves, our heirs, administrators and assigns. Signed and dated on this 30th day of Jan. A. D. 1904. The condition of the above obligation is such, That Whereas, A MARRIAGE is about to take place between the above found Charles M. Yossett and Mrs. Mollie McAdams and if there shall not exist any legal impediments why the marriage should not take place then the above obligation to be void; else to remain in full force and virtue, according to law.
